Easily measure hydrogen concentration with standard measurement signals. It is vacuum-resistant and can also be evacuated.
The "SE-H2" is a direct insertion type hydrogen sensor that directly inserts a convection tube into the furnace to measure the hydrogen concentration in the furnace atmosphere.
It has a structure that suppresses the precipitation of ammonium bicarbonate not only in a nitriding atmosphere but also in a soft nitriding atmosphere, allowing for stable and reliable signals with minimal maintenance over a long period.
It can be widely used for managing and controlling the atmosphere (flow rate) from nitriding to soft nitriding.
【Features】
■ Developed in Germany, the home of nitriding heat treatment, with a long history and numerous achievements
■ Vacuum-resistant, capable of being evacuated
■ Suppresses by-products from the furnace atmosphere inside the sensor
■ Allows direct measurement using a convection tube
■ Hydrogen concentration can be easily measured with standard measurement signals
